The place was nice but the heat in the room was unbearable. The rest of the hotel was cool and refreshing but our room was at least 35°c. Spoiled the stay, if I’m honest. There’s no air con and the windows barely opened. We had a 5 hour journey the following day and had to do it on very little sleep.

Very comfortable bed

Most staff were helpful,a member of restaurant gave a Fawlty towers experience very abrupt and had to be reminded of completing dinner order and getting the bill. Meal was amazing but very let down at breakfast which we didn't eat. Bar staff were super helpful. The room was adequate but could do with a yellow strip at high step as you entered in the courtyard rooms.

Check in staff very helpful and friendly. Pull out sofa bed was very very uncomfortable and wasn’t made up on arrival despite booking that room configuration but staff made it up quickly

Next time you have a race event on please inform all who are staying of the temporary, not user friendly, parking arrangements. Very unhelpful for those arriving during the event. Breakfast was bland at best. How someone can take the taste of bacon out of bacon I'll never know.
