Country Cascades Waterpark Resort
We were turned away at the door and were told they had a technical problem with checking in at the hotel so we had nowhere to stay on a Saturday night. During Spring Break! We were also told we would be receiving one free night for the inconvenience and I’ve not received a thing. Beware!

Check in and check out was fast and easy. Room was clean. Lobbies were always clean. Waterpark and arcade was fun. Shuttles run about every 10 to 15 minutes between property

Wilderness at the Smokies – River Lodge Suites
The food was terrible, and the pool is small and overloaded with people. There was no one upholding the quiet after 11 rule. There were people/kids running and screaming in the halls at all hours. A very poor experience.

The breakfast this hotel offers, is across the street and you get a voucher for 3 pancakes per person plus a drink. The room is a bit outdated and dirty. The Ramsey Hotel and Convention Center Pigeon Forge
They advertise they sell discounted Dollywood tickets but they did not. Our tv didn’t work the first night. WiFi was horrible there. Staff was cold and didn’t care about anything.
