We liked the hotel, but your parking is enough to make us not stay there. You should have valet parking if customers have to walk that far to park. Especially like us that had to check in late. It was 11:00 p when we got there.

Location is good and bad

Location is good and bad. The good is that it is located near the Island. This is also bad since it gets very noisy; especially late at night. You can hear the cars drag race on the strip. We even stayed on the Island side. Hotel staff was great and very clean.

We loved the decor and the rooms were clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. We liked being able to walk to The Island and we ate at Margaritaville. Not a lot of parking at the building but they did have a parking lot behind the building across the street. Our room faced the parkway and we had a lot of road noise. The Slammedenuff car show was in town and those cars were loud going up and down the parkway and making them backfire. I think the road noise would have been an issue with or without those cars but not as bad. One staff member told us the bottled water in the room was complimentary and we could get more but all the other staff told us that you only got the two and to fill them up with the water fountain.

Staff was friendly enough, the hotel was very clean plenty of space . My room had a small balcony. I didn’t use the pool but just because there’s so much to do in pigeon Forge that after we ate and got back to the hotel it was bedtime for another day. Shops nearby were very touristy but there was a Publix I walked to and the Paula Deen restaurant and show was across the street from the hotel.

If you are looking for a quite evening this is not the place. The pictures do not show the main road and an island behind the building which both cause lots of noise. If you don't mind the noise then this is your place. They need to work on the parking situation as well. The staff at the front desk could brush up on their customer service skills. Some were rude and unpleasant.
