Very clean and in a nice location. Walls are paper thin though. There was a drunk couple outside in the hallway screaming for hours and could hear everything. The police had to be called to remove them. We could hear next door neighbors. Don’t recommend with small kids.

We really enjoyed our night here! It's close to everything in Pigeon Forge. You can see the ferris wheel of The Island from your room, as well as the wax museum. The buffet that is included at Wood Grill was delicious and had a great variety. The pool is large and there is also a kiddie pool if you have little ones with you. Our room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the jacuzzi tub was perfect. There is also a game room and a little gift shop there. The workers were nice as well. We'd stay here again.
The family suites were perfect! We couldn't tell from the pictures that these were actually two separate rooms in one with a small entryway that connects them. It gave each family privacy but also kept us together which was important for us!

Just a few things to improve.
The hotel was overall nice. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The kids loved the pool, but the big pool water was too warm and didn’t feel very clean. The small pool was cold. Also, the free breakfast is only for two people—kids 6 and up have to pay around $8 and you need to pay for any drinks. The bathroom vent fan above the toilet was very dusty and dust was falling down. Just a few things to improve.
The hotel and location were great. It was an unexpected surprise to have the breakfast buffet included!

So-so hotel
This is only a so-so hotel. Nothing horrible but it needs lots of updating. The tv in our room very small & outdated. Only very basic cable, and we had to ask the front desk how to navigate the remote to change channels. The deal to have “free” breakfast next door? You pay them $3.70 each for a coffee & a juice/coke. But it’s “free.” Food was ok but atmosphere of both hotel and restaurant next door rather depressing. I saw no smiles on ANY employees whatsoever.
This hotel was convenient but the smell is horrible. Pictures don’t match the pool on here with the slide. One morning before check out the receptionist called our room who knows why and scared myself and my family. Then after an employee who checks rooms knocked hard on our door making it seem we were lying that we were suppose to check out when it was only 10:00am and check out was at 12p. I did not appreciate that and we felt unsafe after. I will never come back here again. Employees never said sorry. I guess you get what you pay if it’s a Inn or lodge
