Pros: slides and pools were great. Staff is so nice and helpful. They hire great people. Refillable drinks seemed like a gimmick at first but turned out very useful. Cons: the “penthouse” was not worth the extra money. With 4 kids between 2-10 we need the extra room. It was really worn out. The stairs and railing moved a lot which was scary with kids. The only bathroom was down the spiral stairs. There are no doors in the room which is weird with multiple bedrooms. Zero privacy. The room was disappointing. We may stay again but definitely in a different room situation.

My family and myself had a great stay, quiet at night, clean, comfortable beds and pillows, has alot to offer for fun, sweet tooth, craft times, clean pools, tons of activities for kids! Very family oriented!! The only problem is no microwave in the room, it’s in the hallway and that’s not convenient when you have a baby that needs bottles warmed

The indoor pool was dirty and poorly maintained, the water was cloudy, and had a film. The indoor pool was unsupervised and somewhat out of control in the evening, I did not feel safe. There was supervision for the waterslides, but none to stop roughhousing in the pool. The front desk staff and hotel staff was nice, but the older woman in the pizza restaurant was absolutely RUDE and offensive. The water in the rooms has a terrible smell and the air-conditioning only operated at 64 degrees. The weather outside was hot and humid and the air-conditioning was a necessity.
