I got an upgrade which was very good. Very spacious room. Good facilities except the shower was rather poor. I wanted to get a refund for a future booking but it was not allowed.

Staff not talking much

Smokers stood right in front of the doors to access the hotel was not a great experience for a non smoker and the doors are directly opposite reception who I'm guessing chose to not ask people to move. The smell then blew into the reception area.

Just to say the showers do not have a handrail to hold on and there are 3 steps to negotiate Loved the informality and the breakfast Would have been nice to have had a bottle water in the fridge Had trouble negotiating the TV x a leaflet to help with room service available and instructions how to change TV Overall apart from little niggles did enjoy and would lovd to stay again

I chose Craighaar as i was attending a conference at the P&J live.. it was so easy with a short walk

staff were very pleasant and helpful
