We enjoy the room where we stayed and had ocean view. We had breakfast in the restaurant which the food was awesome and the staff was very friendly. We'll come back and also recommend.

Our stay at Nirú Ocean Suites by Binniguenda was outstanding. The property was beautiful, comfortable, and provided the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. What truly made our experience memorable was the exceptional attention and warm interaction provided by the staff. Andrea, Pedro, and Itzel were especially wonderful. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. Their excellent service made a lasting impression. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would gladly return. We highly recommend Nirú Ocean Suites to travelers looking for a relaxing stay with outstanding hospitality.

Es un hotel bastante viejo, algunas partes de la habitación como los baños tienen que renovarlos,2 días no me hicieron la habitación. La comida buena no excelente, pero bueno, a veces. Lo que no me gusta es que las albercas son muy bajitas. ¿Yo tengo un hijo de 16 años y no? Lo dejan estar en la alberca de adultos, pero la de niños y la familia es muy, muy bajita, ya que mi hijo mide 1.76cm y las albercas le quedan muy pequeñas, no lo dejan estar en la alberca. De niños, porque es muy alto en la alberca Familiar, está muy llena y el agua. Le llega un poco abajo de la cadera y en la de adultos tampoco. Lo dejan de estar entonces no nos podíamos. Meter a la alberca. Por qué de todos lados lo sacaban. Si le vas a le falta un poco de mantenimiento a los baños a las regaderas. Y para enjuagarse. En las regaderas externas solo hay 2 regaderas para un hotel de más de 200 habitaciones, se me hace ilógico. También necesitan agregar habitaciones de 3 camas. Por qué yo asistí con mi marido y co nMi hijo, entonces las habitaciones o las camas son pequeñas.

My stay here was breathtaking -I felt like I was in my own Villa. There infinity pools and the views were to die for. The food was incredible. Important to note that the taxi takes you off Google Maps on a dirt road so don't get scared! Also the staff drives you on ATVs to different areas of the hotel.

Great Stay, One Letdown We had a really great stay at Coral Blue. The food was good, the staff was on point, and honestly everyone we interacted with was friendly, smiling, and willing to help. Overall, the service and atmosphere were excellent, and we really enjoyed our time there. The only thing that was disappointing was the included kayaking and snorkeling. Those activities were part of our package, but whenever we asked about them, we were told to check with the lifeguard. When we did, we were told the activities weren’t available because the waves were too strong. I completely understand that safety comes first, but it was a little frustrating because the hotel is directly exposed to the open ocean, so strong waves seem like something that could potentially be anticipated when offering those activities as part of a package. It would have been nice to have clearer communication about when those activities would actually be available. Other than that, we had a great experience. The staff, food, service, and overall stay were all excellent. That was really the only takeaway that kept the experience from being perfect.
