1. We booked 2 interconnecting/family rooms, but one was not ready even though we arrived at 6.15pm. 2. The car park (underground) was full, so we had to park in a No Parking area. In spite of this, we got charged £24.00. I don't think I've ever been charged to park at a hotel. Let alone when the actual car park was full. 3. We booked as a family for two double beds and a sofa bed. The sofa bed had not been made up.
