Comfort Inn & Suites Hadley - Amherst
Really convenient to UMass campus and Amherst. Rooms and bathrooms were large but note that walls are very thin. Luckily our neighbors were considerate! Breakfast had good options. Only con was that Fox News was blaring through breakfast which made a bad start to the day.

This hotel deserves all 5 stars. I was beyond impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel from the lobby to the rooms. The staff was so friendly and professional. I will gladly stay here again.

I’m 50 years old and this is the second worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life- I’ve traveled to many developing countries. Everything was simply gross and to top it off the tv and internet did not work. One positive- the exterior and staff were fine but this didn’t help with the actual accommodations ...
