Great place to stay for a family. Pool and breakfast opened at 6:30 on a weekday, which was great for us. The breakfast had a lot of options- I made myself a pumpkin waffle with lots of toppings. The pool includes a hot tub. The room was clean and comfortable. If we’re in the area again, we’ll look to stay here.

The room was clean but the lights near the beds did not turn on. When I called the front desk they told me to hit the reset button on an outlet. It worked, but what the hell. We went to the spa and pool area. The hot tub was only warm and was shooting cold water out of the jets. The room was decent overall just not worth the price.

The room was very nice-- clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. I like the full breakfast with plenty of choices. I had a problem signing on to the wifi with my tablet. The phone number given for assistance didn't work. Since it was late at night, I didn't try calling the front desk for help. I had no trouble at any of the others places I stayed at on this trip. The other places were smaller, older, and had fewer amenities, but the wifi worked. I would have liked to find more detailed information about local restaurants and shopping. There was only a list of nearby restaurants in the lobby.

Comfort Inn and Suites in Hadley was the perfect place to stay on our way back to Boston. Our room was clean and large and had everything we needed. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful, and the elaborate breakfast spread was an extra treat. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The Hotel was in a perfect location for work around the college for me. The room was very nice and clean, the bed was super comfortable. There was a hot breakfast by 6:30 in the morning. Great place to stay.
