Room was clean, it was convenient drive to my job, but my shower/sink consistently was cold. I stayed there about 6 days/nights and at least 4 of those I had cool water showers. I reported the issue to the front desk like on a Tuesday or Wednesday, got a call saying " we made some adjustments ", issue resolved that same day, but the next day, same issues. I didn't bother reporting it again. I just dealt with a cool shower in the middle of winter in Holyoke MA. That was the only problem I had.

There were many good things about the stay however; our room was super close to the interstate and the traffic and trucks starting rolling by at 5:30 am. I searched for earplugs and it was not conducive to easy sleep. I would not stay again unless the room was far away from the highway. Be forewarned. The people were super nice and the room was fine. Not great sleep was not!

One of the cleanest rooms I had stayed in, in a very long time. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. It was also quiet and you could not hear your neighbors. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
