We had a second floor room that was right outside the coffee shop bar restaurant that played music till almost 3:30 in the morning on the Sunday night we were there so I can't really say we had a very restful night because the music was very loud and it was not insulated enough in the room to not hear it

I stayed here on a solo trip for work and it was actually really nice! The property and rooms were very clean. The front desk worker was very nice and friendly. The parking was plentiful and very easy. The breakfast was very good as well! I’ll definitely be staying here for my future trips to Springfield.

The staff is great. I always arrive ahead of check in, simply because of my itinerary in the town. Staff always makes sure that if there isn't a room avaiable yet, my bags are taken care of and in my room when I arrive back later. We checked in, opened the door and there was a man in our room! Except it was his room. They gave us the keys to someone else’s room. Imagine all the ways that could have gone. And they acted like it was no big deal. Towels had hairs on them, not sure they were washed. We slept with one eye open. Literally worst hotel experience of my life.
