Wife left her phone in the bed…called within an hour of leaving and was promised it would be kept in the managers safe. Then upon returning to get the phone, I was told they had no idea what we were talking about and the person who works when we called was conveniently not working and unable to be contacted.

Good room with 2 comfortable queen beds. Bathroom was clean and had adequate supply of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Breakfast was good with decent choices for vegetarians. Staff were friendly and courteous. Only downside was that their parking lot was about a 100 yards away from the hotel. The basketball hall of fame was close to the hotel. Six Flags New England was also quite close. Good hotel for a family to spend a weekend in Springfield MA.

Hotel was nice and clean. Lady at front desk was nice and welcoming. Area was ok didn’t do much exploring. MGM casino is literally the next block over.

My kids love the hotel- the breakfast and the bedding and, there is a little pool on site. We love the staff as well. They are very helpful and friendly.

This hotel was perfect for being able to walk over to MGM Springfield. They have a couple parking lots a block away from the hotel. Breakfast was good.
