westgate was a great stay closeness to monorail makes it easy to get around vegas and staff was very helpful and friendly

I did like that the property was away from the strip. What I did not like was the size of the room/Villa ! The villa was not as LARGE as the pictures depict ! The staff was very helpful and nice !

I booked through Expedia and it is the second time we were given a handicap room on 15th floor. It did not state it was handicap anywhere on the booking but it was clear the bathroom was. Staff was terrible. Vending machine door was broke and staff told ME to call the vendor machine to get my money back. No apologies were made or efforts on their part to refund us or call to vending machine number themselves as they are they host of the vending machine. Sign had ice machine, but there was no ice machine on our floor. The restaurant staff in food court looked like a they hated their life and us. Not a single hello or smile on their face and I’m a smiling friendly polite person. Used to work in customer service jobs and this was by far the worst experience in customer service.

The room was nothing like the picture of the suite. When we went and was checking out the room there was hair in the shower. I brought my own cleaning supplies and cleaned the shower myself. The elevators were all so dirty and so was a few other places. The pool was beautiful
