Our room was right beside a train track so we could hear trains all night! Good area, nice staff. Watwr and tea in room.

Had to go to another building for Breakfast which was strange.

Superb hotel, brilliant location, great staff and cool bar and restaurant- will stay again when in London

Amazing stay at a wonderful hotel. Warmly decorated, well-appointed with many thoughtful touches (complimentary mini bar snacks, Dyson hair dryer, multi port in wall sockets, excellent turn down service, water all the time, etc.). All staff members were very friendly and I found room service to be really really quick (and the food was great). Great location for tourists with many tube options and restaurants nearby.

The Templeton Garden was a good pick for us. Good location, restaurants and stores nearby and Earl's Court Tube station. Biggest disappointment was the bathroom and maybe nothing could be done about it. The doors (shower, main) were so tight to each other you had to be skinny to get to the toilet. But the sink, shower and toilet were fine. Slept well in a fairly large room. Cleanliness in an issue, stained rug, didn't change sheets. Bar was great, service otherwise was spotty. Beautiful location but just had issues.
