Room had a great view and had everything you needed for a short stay. Staff were helpful and greta to deal with. Cupboards needed some tightening, oven was noisy and pillows were very flat. Couch more for sitting in, not lounging.

The property was well located in proximity to the centre. The parking was good right outside the property. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. On arrival I was greeted by the owner who was very approachable and helpful during my stay. Definitely visiting again.

Old building with hip, hostel-like decor. Only two rooms on the 5th floor and they're up in the attic dormers. Elevator stops at level four! Room was clean and the cleaning lady was very attentive. Give her a raise. No carpet in the room. Some kind of squeaky veneer. (Sorry, 401). Comfortable twin beds with no squeaks. Heat/AC worked silently. Desk is one college kid like you'd expect in a hostel. Old hidden stone spiral staircase goes all the way up to fifth. Great shower. Quiet fridge. Breakfast crew at bar next door were nice but didn't seem like they cared too much about our eating experience. Nice cold spread at the bar and the staff will bring you hot food if you remind them it's their job. "Menu? Oh! Yeah.". But they were pleasant about it. Maybe an early morning staffing issue with a sleep-in manager. Busy night.

Nice lodge and fantastic staff. I must have booked us into the house across the street which was a slightly different experience and our particular room was very lacking in terms of amenities, size, and washroom standards.

Beautiful hotel. Staff was exceptional. Give a shout out to Lionel. He was great.
