The room was adequate for an overnight stay. Basic room with a TV and a bathroom. The bed was not comfortable as it was not very firm. That said the staff was outstanding and helpful. I would stay there again just because of them.

The recessed light in the ceiling fell out of the ceiling and was just dangling.

This is a nice place! Very clean and located in a nice spot. Easy access to everything in Eagle River.

The staff were extremely helpful. We arrived much earlier than anticipated and they were able to get us an early check-in. We know thay early check-ins are dependant on several factors so we very much appreciated they were able to accommodate us.

Very clean large suites with nice breakfast options available

I've stayed here before. This time, pile of cigarette butts on the front stoop. Strange odor. From entry was full of shoes and crap. And the upstairs neighbors were thumping around at 6:30 am and all day, in evening. I couldn't bear to spend another night so I checked into a downtown hotel instead. I'll never be back.
