"Great experience"
After reading the comments from others we were not expecting much. We were very pleasantly surprised by everything in the hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly, the rooms were bright and clean, and the casino was wonderful with excellent live music. This was an outstanding experience, we'll be back!!!

"Affordable downtown hotel - great location!"
You cannot choose a better hotel location in the heart of downtown Las Vegas. Yes, it's old and dated - some rooms have been refurbished, others not - some gaming tables have been recovered, others not - but the staff is friendly and it's affordable and clean. Ask for an updated room in the South tower. They give you a coupon book that is nice for some 2 for 1 drinks and meals. I would stay here again.

"Decent hotel on Fremont street."
Stay was great, check in was easy and quick. If you do not want noise ask NOT TO HAVE A ROOM facing freemont street. They offered it and we took it. Thinking hey it is vegas it will be fun.. We were warned of the noise but in no way did we imagine it would be louder than being in front of the stage. This goes on till 2am so if you have these rooms be ready to party all night.

"OK Place To Stay I On Budget"
I just needed a place to stay for one night while in Las Vegas. The hostel experience is not for everyone of course. Overall my experience wasn't to bad. Let me say up front that I generally prefer my own hotel room. When you check in they give you your room key, a towel and linen. For this you are instructed to bring back with you on checkout to receive the $10 deposit they require you to make. This, (making the $10 deposit) lead to the a most unfortunate part of my stay at the Las Vegas Hostel. I paid for my room through Expedia and the staff member that checked me in knew this but unfortunately she put it into their system as if I hadn't paid. When I went to check out in the morning, I brought my towel, bed linen and room key down, and returned it to the morning staff member. She printed out my balance from their system, which unfortunately showed that I had a balance due, due of course to, unfortunately, the night staff member's mistake. It was no mystery to me what had happened. Obviously you don't check into a hotel/hostel without paying for your room. So the morning staff member hands me this print out & says hmmm, it says you have a balance due (it was $8 and change). So I very politely asked for my $10 refund and she points out the balance due part and apparently in her mind she thinks that the balance due part offsets the $10 deposit owed to me. She doesn't explain this to me at first. I am the one that has to mention the $10 refund. OK, so I am out of characters.

"Rough area, but nice clean room with amenities.."
My band happened to have a show on a Saturday night that overlapped with some other events in Vegas; so getting a room under $300 anywhere was a challenge. This area is NOT the greatest; and judging from the outside of the Motel, I expected very little. We were pleasantly surprised that when you got INSIDE your room; it was quaint, but very nice and clean. Newly renovated, and it had a good sized mini-fridge and a microwave. Bathroom was clean and stocked with necessities, bed and linens were clean, and you get Direct TV. This part of town is sketchy. I would encourage anyone to lock any valuables in your room with you and be sure to lock your vehicle. But hey, it's the area - and for $79 bucks a night when everywhere else was 3 times that - we were very happy with what we paid for.

Fremont Street is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Fremont Street, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Fremont Street hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
