"Nice modern hotel close to the train station"
I loved their breakfasts. The range of breakfast foods was wide and varied. The coffee was great. I love the biscotti and the fish squeezed orange juice. I definitely want to stay there again when I visit Florence. I cannot find one bad thing to say about this hotel. It was perfect. Also liked the daily copy of the international edition of the New York Times in the lobby. The lobby was nice as well. I really appreciated the early check-in.

Great location for doing all the sights of Florence -Right on Ponte Vehiccio with a lovely roof top restaurant and bar . Room view was not up to much onto the street but the view at breakfast on the roof couldn't have been better. Reception staff good and helpful and we were able to leave a bag there on check out .

"Enjoyed our stay"
This is such a cute place to stay and very comfortable (minus the beds but none were while in Italy). The staffing was super friendly and helpful. The place was very clean and nicely decorated. The room was small as expected but very nice. It is right outside of the city center but in a safe area and an easy walk in. There are also plenty of places to eat in the area of the hotel that are very authentic to the area.

"Stone's throw from the Duomo!"
This hotel is in the absolute heart of Florence, literally just 50 meters or less from the front doors of the Duomo. Its central location is super convenient for visiting virtually any of the major tourist sites. On the downside, you will almost definitely need GPS to arrive at the hotel's front door, and the last 100 meters you're driving through a very crowded pedestrian zone (but don't lose your courage). Upon arrival, the hotel will arrange for a local garage to come and take your car away fro 26 euros per day. The alternative is to find a parking garage outside of the center and drag your luggage through town, I suppose. We opted to pay the valet and didn't regret our decision. The hotel's strong point are the friendly, out going staff. They were happy to offer any suggestions, answer any questions, and to do whatever it takes to ensure that you have a wonderful time while in town. The hotel seems to be located inside an old, slightly worn building but the rooms had a slightly "shabby chic" hipster quality to them, spacious with tall ceilings, free minibar, and excellent air conditioning with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was fairly routine but nothing special. There's an expansive terrace where during good weather you can enjoy an afternoon cocktail with views of the campanile.

"Nice hotel"
Nice ,modern looking hotel. The staff was nice, especially the lady in charge of the breakfast who made sure we have everything we need. The hotel is small and cozy. The location is not the most ideal, 10-15 minutes walk from the main attractions, but there are a lot of closer hotels if you're too lazy.

"Lovely hotel, superb service"
The hotel is lovely, great location and very comfortable. The staff were exceptional in their service and nothing was a bother to them - they kindly changed our room when we said we preferred one with a bathtub and printed our boarding passes for the journey home. There was a good spread at breakfast and timings were generous - 7am to 12pm for breakfast and check out by midday. The reason why I gave a couple of 4s was that I found the rooms to be smaller than expected and I expected there to be the usual complimentary tea and coffee in the rooms but they don't offer this. But overall I had a pleasant stay here.

Florence is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Florence, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Florence hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
