Very clean room. I only wish the elevators matched the number of people using them, and having to wait a long time for elevators due to demand did slow us down a lot. It seemed several elevators were out of service, leaving only a very limited number available.

Parking was a pain. I’d rather stay in a hotel where the parking is easy to get to. Get in and out of. This parking deck was a pain.

21C Museum Hotel St Louis
Loved the look of the building and where it was located but the one thing I didn't like was there was no stairs. Everyone had to use the elevator.

My state was very welcoming and very worth the money. The staff was awesome the whole time I was there didn’t make me feel like they didn’t wanna help me. Love the complementary breakfast. I would stay there again.
