Our entire experience with our stay was great. Everyone from the front desk staff, to housekeeping, maintenance. They were friendly, helpful, and smiled. Everyone made you feel welcome. They were always ready to help or answer a question. We played in the game room and 2 of the games were not working correctly, and the games took our money and we couldn't get it back. We went to the front desk to let them know what had happened, so they could put signs on them. Without issue or a billion questions. They listened and apologized and gave us our money back. They did that without hesitation. We were treated VERY respectfully.

The property itself was great. Very comfortable and clean room. The breakfast buffet is probably the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. Worst part is valet parking. There is no other parking option—you have to choose valet if you have a car. It’s $55 a day and very slow. It took up to 40 minutes at times for our car to be retrieved. Valet staff were not the most professional or courteous at times either. Front desk staff were great—especially Delores. She went above and beyond to make sure we left the city and made our flight on time.

Amazing view of the Gateway arch with a convenient parking garage perfect water pressure and really hot.. The elevators could have used work they were messing up a lot and the eggs during breakfast were really nasty because they were cold and like jello also there’s no microwaves in the room that would have been convenient..The room did have a lot of outlets to plug stuff up with that was nice with a good fridge and the bathroom size was perfect
