Employee checked me into my 4 rooms. Started to cancel due to pool closing but could not get any other reservations due to being notified the day before we checked in that it would be closed. Rooms were on 3 different floors so our family was not together. No rooms were adjoined. My daughter ended up getting her own separate reservation and I informed the worker. I was given keys to the 4 rooms. We took our luggage to our rooms and went to the arch only after receiving a call to the room aski g if my daughter was with us. Again i confirmed and explained she had her own reservation. When we returned from the arch my niece entered her room to find their belongings missing including meds for autistic children. They went to the front desk and was told the room was not paid for and they could not get their belongings until it was paid for. The employee had removed my preapproval from card and stole their items from the room. It is all from the employee mixing the two reservations up even after being told multiple times about the change. My neice was so distaught she packed up and drove back home that day. They did not feel It was very violating and the room had a card on file until the employee made the change. I also called the hotel Sept 28 to confrim the pool would be open through Oct for fall break. I did not get what i paid for and my family was bullied. I would never recoend this hotel to anyone due to the horrible and offensive behavior and actions of the front desk staff.

This hotel is great, they have a parking garage with easy access to the property. Breakfast had a great variety to choose from, they also had an omelette/ waffle bar were you could request eggs with your preferred ingredients. Check in and check out was super easy and staff was very friendly. The only thing I did not liked about the room is that there was a super disgusting armpit smell. It was strong, but we just sprayed some perfume around, the smell never went away! Other than that this is a great hotel to stay just they need to have a better room cleansing procedure.

The front staff was not welcoming at all. They were very, Very rude and once when I called the front desk to ask for towels I was hung up on. They were not helpful. When I first walked in they were arguing with customer very rudely . My wife did not want to stay there as she said it was very ghetto It is rated as a 4 star hotel but I would have rather stayed the Holiday Inn. The only reason we didn't leave is because we couldn't get our money back and we had travel 6 hours to get there and arrived late. I will never stay here again and I have told others that I recommended to stay far away! I didn't try the breakfast because I wasn't comfortable dealing with the lobby riff. Also the hotel lobby looks very out dated worn. The pictures on the internet are 10 years old.

Notified day before check-in that pool was unavailable. Poor customer service at front desk, directions to room were “you’ll figure it out, I promise”. Confusing instruction around needing multiple cards to file for incidentals. Overall hotel condition dirty, rundown, weird smells, dust ledges in room. Floor of dining area was very sticky. Restaurant closed for lunch and dinner against what was advertised. Parking also poorly marked and confusing. Not enough handicapped parking available. Worked for sleeping but made for a stressful and unenjoyable stay.
