The hotel is brand new, clean & spacious (even with the smallest room) However, the shower without a tub is pretty small. Washer/dryer is perfect size for daily use.

Great location, helpful staff.

We had two connecting rooms for my husband, my two teenage sons and me. The setting was convenient and the rooms were clean and well equipped. I was a little disappointed because I thought I was getting a Japanese style room when what I got was a western style room. I think the Expedia site was a little bit misleading and also I did not read in detail what I was actually booking. They also had welcome snacks for the guests at the lobby and they were very nice. We did not take the breakfast so I cannot say whether it’s good or not. The staff was very friendly. Oh, and I loved the pajamas they gave us to use during our stay.

My stay at APA Hotel was average. No complaints, nothing outstanding comes to mind. Did appreciate how the hotel handled their communication to the guests after the earthquake. The hotel assured there were No damages and we could proceed as normal.

The too. Had a weird smell. Did not go away for the entire duration of our stay.

The hotel was a fantastic stay for our family of six. We were traveling with four teenage boys and ourselves. If you have the option to purchase the buffet breakfast, absolutely do it! The food was amazing and the staff were incredible. The rooms were meticulously cleaned, and the property was outstanding! The location was off the beaten path, but right by the train station which allowed easy access to all the areas of Tokyo. The standard rooms are on the smaller side but manageable.

The location was perfect ,close to omoide yokocho and kabukicho without having to be directly in the chaos of kabukicho,second time staying here would stay again
