No aircon is a real downside and didn't realise that when booking. Despite fan in room, the heat and mositure was oppressive

Very small dinning room, four way too visible staff constantly bothering me. Nice for service but not when you just want to chill and eat. Continental £12 and very little choice, definitely not worth the money! Rooms small, tired and dated, and not much soundproofing (no a/c but fan) - with no room for suitcase apart from floor. Considering price point of this hotel very over rated on the boutique title and not worth the premium price for facilities (only on location). Parking extremely limited 12 spaces maybe and chargeable - if you can’t park you’ll have to park in road or car park.
