The bear statues were delightful and the $5 breakfast was fine. The only issue was the noise from the ice maker on the second floor by the elevator. We had to report the alarm going off twice to the front desk.

The staff were amazing, the front desk Gentleman that helped us out on the night we arrived to a nightmare was AMAZING. He went above and beyond his duties. He turned what could've been a total mess on our vacation and made it right. I only wished I would've gotten his name but my tension was high because of the situation

First they only service the room 3 times a week. We checked in on Monday then no service on Tuesday and checked out of Wed. and they show you the announcement when you checked in. so when you pay $800.00 for a night, that is a little cheap. They charge you $5:00 for breakfast per person, really???? The reception staff was not very friendly. The property was like a 1970 hotel, not cosy, very basic, off a very busy road, no view, far from downtown. (yes they have a shuttle for guests). no repeat customer here.

We must have gotten the worst room

Our bathroom door did not shut properly- made it difficult to share the room with our daughter. The window had a huge crack - even though there was no view. Beds were comfortable but room was not cleaned when we requested and is not cleaned daily.
