The place had decent reviews when I booked. I was disappointed. Room was not as clean as I would expect. Front desk staff hard to locate. Breakfast, poor quality. There is major road construction surrounding the property. Perhaps that was limiting business. I left 2 days early.

Best Western Plus Paper Valley Hotel
Menu satisfaction, clean room, perfect temp in room for sleeping. However you need to fix the hole near entrance way. Right next to handicap parking. Somebody's gonna fall into that mudhole. Put a board over it at least!

Great, no hassle stay with two younger kids. Went to the pool, breakfast was decent, coffee was good and hot. Front desk was friendly both check in/out, beds/bathrooms were clean as well.

Place was great, however there was construction going on right by our room and we weren't made aware of it until we got there. The room was spacious and clean and front desk staff were kind and helpful. The only problem was the sound from other guests. Someone above us was walking around starting at 3 am and it sounded like stomping loudly, so we were unable to sleep.
