We were very much pleased by our room in the 15th floor (1501) - it has windows for two sides and was very comfortable and clean. Keys were not working properly when we first came to our room , but that was solved very quickly. As Expedia VIP+ members we were given access to Executive Lounge on the 19th floor which was great addition - one can have water, tea, coffee and fresh newspapers there around the clock. Reception stuff was great - always helped us with directions, booked excursion tickets for us etc. Also cleaning stuff did great job - don't remember cleaning lady's name, but she spoke good Russian. Plentiful breakfast was great and was also included to our room rate. We only have two small concerns: 1. Toilet paper was very thin:-) - 5-star hotels can afford at least 3-layers paper for sure! 2. We were charged for usage of Nespresso machine - 1.5 Euro for each capsule - that was not indicated in the mini bar menu and has only been written on the instruction to Nespresso machine and was not clearly visible. Not a big deal, but as we have used Executive Lounge - we could have coffee there free of charge, just on the other floor. Probably administration could exclude these charges for VIP+ guests. Two small concerns above didn't deteriorate our impression from Dom Pedro Palace and we will definitely stay there again when we'll come to Lisbon next time.

Great location to airport. Used Uber to get around very inexpensive. The room comfort (especially bed) was wonderful. Also, hotel staff was excellent in providing help and advice for service and information about Lisbon. I would definitely go back.

Lovely hotel, very clean, friendly and helpful staff. A little out the way but makes for a quieter, more relaxing location and the shuttle bus to the marina means other amenities are easy to get to. Great breakfast. My only negative would be the tennis rackets and balls supplied by hotel were not in good condition but really a minor thing. Would definitely go back and recommend to others.

Convenient to many areas of interest in porto, e.g. casa da musica, servalles museum, historic district, beaches. Room was on the small side with not good lighting. Fitness club was open 24 hours, which was a plus. Good breakfast.
