Second time here and I can now say this hotel is perfect if you need to be near LIS-five minute walk or there is a regular shuttle to the terminals. Rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable; buffet breakfast great and is served from 5 am on, and if you have to go earlier they accommodate that too. Great staff, good service-all around great stays twice in a row!!

We only had one night in Lisbon before heading back to the US and this hotel was perfect. Very helpful staff at check in, incredibly convenient for accessing both the airport and city center (via the airport metro station), full bar, restaurant, breakfast, and shuttle service. Nice room, clean and comfortable.

Breakfast buffet included for the stay and is amazing. Plenty of hot or cold food and fruits and drinks. 5 mins easy walk to the airport. Super convenient. Room is actually spacious and clean. Doesn’t have that old smelly or loud noise from AC from a typical airport hotel. Pleasantly surprised. Front desk people are nice too Only small thing is that after waiting for shuttle bus for 10 mins, they need to change the shuttle bus. We decided to walk and it turns out to be much faster. Strong recommend to just walk to airport. There’s crosswalks. But nice they provide shuttle for such a short distance for those who need it

The staff at the front desk were amazing! We arrived exhausted and more than frazzled around 10PM after an important suitcase was lost on its way from the Amsterdam. The front desk clerk was so very kind and sweet, and empathetic that I couldn’t help but disclose that 27 years ago our honeymoon had begun here, in Lisbon, just a day earlier. She was visibly moved and dropped everything to find a way to help us mark the occasion and cheer us up. She represented us with a collection of tiny (mini bar edition!) bottles of port and a huge smile helping us forget the previous three hours. The restaurant made for a lovely surprise, too, with a vast selection of starters, warm dishes, fruit and dessert where the wait staff graciously attended to us late into the night. Thank you!

If you are flying out of Lisbon, there is no reason to stay at any other hotel! The staff is fabulous! The hotel is immaculate! The shuttle takes all of 5 minutes. Don't look elsewhere....just stay here!
