Nice hotel - hard bed

Only stayed one night - Really beautiful hotel and very nice for by the airport. All of the staff we spoke to was very nice and helpful. The only complaint is that there is no iron in the hotel rooms (or at least there wasn’t in ours) and the beds were hard as rocks!

Great place to stay next to airport! Staff was very warm and friendly, property was clean and nicely decorated, and room was comfortable and spacious. The free airport shuttle runs every 15 minutes and made the airport trip seamless.

Very convenient--short 5-minute walk from the airport in Lisbon. Good breakfast buffet. We didn't particularly like all of the glass doors/walls in the bathroom. That is an architectural design feature that can't die soon enough. There is also no proper door separating the bathroom from the rest of the hotel room, so there is nothing blocking out the light or noise from the bathroom if you have two people in the room and one of you is up much earlier or later than the other.
