Nice property. But i gues it need full refurbishment especially in the rooms. The wooden floor is cracked and open and can be dangerous due to health and safety. Many marks on the floor and not that clean to the assumed standard. Staffs seems friendly and helpful. Restaurant food are ok except the coffe maker machines that i guess need attention as it wasn't functioning on drink request.

It’s in a good location, five minutes walk from Campo Grande metro station, and buses go from there as well, so many options to get into the city. The gardens between the hotel and the metro are also very pleasant. This is a peaceful alternative to staying in the noise of downtown. The hotel was comfortable, the wifi was very fast and reliable and the staff were helpful.

Upon our arrival, there was a clothes moth walking inside the bath tube. Plus, the body and hands cream container was empty and it stood so, although we asked the reception clerk we would like it filled to use.

Je ne comprends pas les mauvaises notes. Oui c'est un peu vieillot et un peu bruyant car mal isolé. mais l'espace est grand, et c'était propre. J'ai pris la suite Junior. Amenities, cadeaux de bienvenu..c'est très bien pour un hôtel de transit et très pratique, juste à côté de l'aéroport (5€ en uber).

Very clean and spacious. Ideal location as it's in a quiet area but very close to Campo Grande metro station. Easy busy service and outdoor taxi. Reception are very helpful. The gym is not too big, but it does the job for a quick workout. The breakfast buffet was great, especially if you like your meats and seafood.
