The manager said that she refunded my breakfast which was supposed to be included on October 5. I still have not received the refund and it is October 29. This whole ordeal took over an hour to try to resolve. Additionally, it took over 45 minutes to just check in. The front desk clerk had difficulty processing my reservation and the free breakfast got missed during check-in.

The toilet bowl didn’t flush properly, the sink in the bathroom didn’t drain properly and after using the blow dryer for a total of three minutes, it began to smoke and smelled like something was burning. Obviously it was turned off immediately.

They ladies at reception and the amazing women at the cafe. Treated me like gold!! Kind and personable. And the coffee was some of the best I ever had. When I come to the harbor will always stay here. Go where they treat you great!!
