The swimming pool area was pretty dirty - I saw both cigarette butts and a bandaid in the pool area. Also there aren't enough shaded areas for people who want to lounge near the pool. The wifi was awful - nearly unusable in some areas. We also waited 20 minutes for someone to arrive at the H2O bar & grill - it was supposedly open but there wasn't a person in sight.

The toiletries and towels could use an upgrade. Tissue is recycled and hard so are the towels The amount for rooms they should have a fridge and microwave but overall very nice rooms and spacious,
