Disappointed that one spring was not working. The temperature could have been warmer and they need to update the beds . Room needed to be cleaned by the house keeping the next day due to dirty floors and shower.

This place needs a major renovation, it’s well past its expiration date. We ended up leaving, knowing we would not get a refund and booking elsewhere.

Unfortunately there was rain during our stay. The door to the room has an inch at the bottom that’s open and not sealed. There was rain coming in and soaking carpet. The beds were very uncomfortable. The ceiling in the bathroom was leaking water and soaked some things we had in there. Ceiling paint / etc was peeling coming apart. People at pools after 11pm were extremely loud. Stains all over the carpet.

You Get What You Pay For

The room was OK for the price paid. However, the room I was assigned was not what I reserved. I reserved a king bed and was given a room with two queens. I was in a rush at check in so I didn't feel like going all the way back to the front desk to get reassigned particularly since we were just going to be there overnight.. However the beds were comfortable. I also saw what appeared to be a missing smoke detector but it's possible it was just moved as I didn't get a chance to look for a working one
