Many happy returns to Miracle Springs!

I have been meeting my West Coast friends here for years. It's not fancy, but it's reliable. The pools are well-maintained. The little restaurant on site is convenient. My only complaint is that more people are discovering this place and the pools are a bit more crowded than they used to be. I will be returning.

I travel and critique lots of places and things. The staff at this resort is above and beyond excellent from the Front Desk person Jim, the Bartender Adam, Wait Staff Robyn, they are all above and beyond what you have in some 5 star resorts. The only thing slightly negative about this resort is the deferred maintenance. The resorts been there a long time. All old things need updating.. Yes I will tell others to go and experience this asset in Desert Hot Springs

I always like coming to this hotel for many years. It was very nostalgic for me because I would come to SHS with my family when I was a child. And I understand this is an older hotel and people come here for the Hot Springs and I have acknowledge that. This last time was not good at all when I walked in I can tell that someone used the bed before we got in like someone took a nap on it. At night, the people next-door were playing super loud music to the point that the room was vibrating. I called the front desk they didn’t go say something for almost half and hour. After a couple hours of no music, it was on again then the tv was on for hours after that. Sound shouldn’t go through walls that bad and hotel should do something about it.

The laundry crew was excellent and super clean. The elevator smelled like urine. It rained, and the ceiling started leaking. We asked for pool towels, and they told us to use the ones from the room. Honestly, it looks like paradise online, but everything is neglected and dirty. The next morning, the pool entrance and the parking lot exit were flooded... very few people were on duty.
