Perfect place to stop by!

When we arrived at the hotel, there were no rooms even though we had a confirmation from Expedia. I’m currently working to have the fees refunded.

Spotless hotel in a perfect location right by the Firth of Tay. Broughty Ferry (suburb of Dundee) is a super walkable town with great charm, and having the train station just a short stroll away was extremely convenient. The haggis served at breakfast was absolutely delicious and a real highlight of the morning. Above all, the staff were amazingly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Couldn't have asked for a better stay! We stayed there in mid-July.

I stayed here for one night with my husband and 2 children and had a lovely experience. The location was excellent and close to the golf course and huge play park which suited both my golf loving teenager and adventurous 8 year old. We had dinner in the bar during our stay and thoroughly enjoyed the food and atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall experience. We spent an hour or so in the games room which also helped entertain the kids. We felt the hotel was basic however offered great value for money and would happily stay again in the future. A very enjoyable stay all round.

I had a great stay! The room overlooked the 1st and 18th tees; staff were extremely hospitable, friendly and professional, and the restaurant was fantastic! A great experience!
