Coronini Vacation Packages

Always pleased when I visit.

Check in process can be improved. Specifically if you know how many people you are expecting and when those people will be checking in(4pm or after). Having to wait 1 hr to get your room is not the best experience. Besides that good deal. Hotel room is a little outdated, but good for the price.

Hotel in the heart of Beverly Hills, decent prices, great A/C,super convenient location if you don't have a car, otherwise get ready to pay 50dls a night for parking. There are a few options but demands a lot of attention to your car.

Room keys stop working.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

I had no idea about a amenities charge added to my stay because I went thru a third party, i.e. Expedia. I realize I didn't see those charges would be added, and definitely would have went another route when booking my stay in Las Vegas! I don't travel much and getting charged $170.00 for amenities that I never used, nor did I know about them at all is atrocious! The shower barely got that hot with no water pressure. I'll probably never go back to Las Vegas, let alone Westgate Resort! It just would have been nice to know that these charges would be added before I even made a reservation! More BOLD print on the end of Expedia would be better!!! I ended up getting literally sick my last evening of my stay. Completely unsatisfied!!!
