So there were roaches and busted furniture. The people that live there live next to people that are just having a stay(can see it in the window) the sheets and stuff was not cleaned/bleached properly. There were stains in the bedding and the towels, some of them were barely off-white. I did not feel comfortable using them so I didn't even shower or use any other than to pat my hands dry. The lock was broken where you flip the latch to prevent folks from coming in. It was bashed in, so all you could do is flip the lever over but it didn't lock into anything. The hallways stunk like mildew and garbage. I've stayed in a Motel 6 before and it was light-years ahead. I wasn't expecting the 4 seasons but I was just expecting the bare minimum.

Common areas were well maintained. Rooms not so much. Front desk staff very friendly and welcoming There is no elevator so if you book on third floor be forewarned. Overall a very nice quaint place to stay

We loved the staff. Super friendly and helpful. Rooms were good, location is awesome and the history of the building is fantastic.
