The staff was great, super helpful and nice. The hotel was clean. Breakfast was delicious. I was however, disappointed that we were not able to use the jacuzzi.

I loved the hotel. The room was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the entire staff was incredibly kind and attentive. We experienced a few issues both before and during our stay, but they handled everything quickly and resolved them in the best possible way, which made us forget about them. We will definitely come back and highly recommend it.

Staff were amazing, rooms were beautiful. And the rooftop with pool was such a nice space. Food was good, if not excellent (with the exception of the ceviche, which was excellent!)

Everything was amazing and the experience was definitely one of a kind. I highly recommend. Their restaurant was probably better than any other place I ate at in the Historic Center, and their staff were all very professional. I will return.

The place is run down. Hot tub wasnt working, was old, and never worked. Our room was not serviced daily. None of the TVs in the entire unit worked. There were no keys to our safe upon arrival. There was no hot water in some of our rooms for the entire trip, even when we reset the instant hot water tank and let the water run for 10 minutes. We paid for an early check-in, and they were not ready to host us. Do not let the affiliation with SoHo fool you. There are much better places to stay in Cartagena.

Samuel was the best service staff we have ever had. He made an effort to learn English words with us while also teaching us Spanish. He definitely made the trip even better. As for the island, it was incredible. The boat ride there and back was 1000x better than a day trip boat I took a day prior with another company. It’s breezy at night on the island which helps keeps the mosquitos away. Would definitely recommend staying at least 2 nights to be able to fully enjoy the island :)
