This accomodation should not have been listed on hotels.com The property had no on- site staff presence. it only transpired that access to the room was by self service . It was only on day of booking informed that no breakfast and catering was available. Although the room was well equipped and clean it was felt damp and not good ventilation, the inn is very close to the road so suffered from heavy traffic noise when opening window, single glazed sash window was broken so had to be propped open . I don't know what had happened the place but gave the impression of neglect. Though it seemed to have been trading food up to very recently, this is lovely area and the inn obviously has potential but is not currently in a state to be listed as hotel accomodation and expensive for what it is and also an embarrassment to local tourism.

A very enjoyable & relaxing stay. Could have been more vegetarian dining options. Extra cost of £35 per dog per night is very steep!!

Our stay in Nairn was exceptional. The accommodation was excellent, with comfortable, high-quality rooms and a delicious full Scottish breakfast each morning. The hosts were incredibly warm, friendly, courteous, and welcoming, making us feel at home throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Scotland. Five stars simply don’t seem enough to reflect the experience we had. The genuine hospitality, outstanding service, and attention to detail were beyond anything we have experienced, even at many luxury five-star hotels.

Positive: the location is very good, the conditions of the mobile homes is very good and the facilities are good. Yes I do recommend the place but ready the negatives and decide Negative: check out time is 9:30 am which is not suitable at all and it was very hard for my family and I to get ready to check out at that time. A member of the staff came 3 time to remind me to leave and I needed to prepare our luggage and prepare the children then my wife and I needed to get ready and we took time. By that time the staff member came for the third time to tell me to leave and he got rude like he was kicking me out !!! I’m a 46 year old respectable man and in front of my wife and kids that staff member talked to me in a rude and unacceptable way. I had a good experience in that place and he ruined it for us.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The breakfast was delicious, the room was very comfortable and even had a lovely bath. The farmhouse itself is beautiful and full of charm, with a peaceful atmosphere. The host was incredibly kind, spoke Spanish, and made us feel right at home. We also loved meeting the adorable dogs! A perfect place to relax and explore the nearby coastal towns. Highly recommended.

This lodging was great. The room was a decent size even with 4 bags of luggage. Host is great. The breakfast she offers is REALLY great. Offered laundry service which was helpful after 2 weeks in country and one more remaining. The house is great and the garden is beautiful. Great view of Loch Linnhe from the front. Short walk to town and restaurants.
