Very clean room. Great location. I would stay again. It only dropped a rating from me, because they only provided two coffees (1 per person), the tv didn't work (no signal) and the check-in progress was a bit too long and the staff could of been friendlier and more helpful. But I would go again and it's perfect for couples.

Really nice cottage but that's about it, you have a beautiful lake views, but if you want to do anything else you need to pre book, arrived on monday was looking forward to do water sports, they're closed and had to pre book for the next day, if you want to use the pool you need to book, they will give you one hour slots. If you only staying couple days it might be worth to pre book everything when you do your check in. The cottage is nice, 2 bedrooms, sofa bed, it's really good.

Interesting building and good value for money

The location and property are beautiful, however, the rooms need a refresh. NO air con and the small fan was just blowing heat. The bathrooms are tired/worn looking, Just expected more for the cost of the room.

Location, atmosphere, champagne bar

The staff on reception and in other departments are amazing, so very friendly and welcoming! The room had a few bits that perhaps needed a little light maintenance yet extremely clean. The hotel seems to cater for all needs and nothing too much trouble. Right on Salford Quays and we visited for the Corrie experience which is literally 5 minutes away! Great tour BTW if you’re a lifelong fan like me. Also don’t miss the imperial war museum, sad, interactive, but definitely worth a visit and free! Tram into centre of Manchester in 10 minutes too, although over two nights we didn’t have time, due to lots to see in Salford quays media city! Hotel car parking was easy once we knew where it was, multi storey near co-op. Would definitely stay here again rather than in Manchester and we come from near Bath so long journey but overall so worth it. We have been to May hotels all over the world and the staff are always the most important element of the experience and the staff at this hotel are excellent!
