Front desk staff were friendly and professional. They were kind and patient enough to let me practice my Spanish, but were all able to converse in english. They answered my questions and had many wonderful recommendations for dining and sight seeing. Housekeepers were amazing, the room was spotless! They even found a lost ear bud! Thank you!

Room very clean great staff and very good food

El cuarto estaba en mala condición realmente es un hotel viejo, la recamara que nos asignaron no coincidia con la reserva a pesar de ser la Opcion mas cara que daba expedia, despues de que nuestro aire acondicionado no funcionaba nos cambairon a un recamara que coincidia mas con lo reservado a pesar de xomentarle el primer dia a la recepción ella nos hicieron nada, el nuevo cuarto tampoco enfriaba mas de 24 grados nos quedsmos ahi porque teniamos un ventilador extra, tratamos de comer algo en el restaurante pero aunque tardaron muchismo la comida fue malisima estaba salada y los tallarinew duros, No recomendamos el hotel es caro comparado a otras opciones, limpieza y atencion como el city express o Hampton. Ni yo ni otro familiar estuvimos contentos con nuestra estadia.

10/10 This was the best place we stayed while in Mexico. The staff are very kind and happy to help with anything. The location is beautiful, right on the beach, beautiful views. Besides the wonderful staff, the hotel restaurant was a highlight. We ate every meal there while in Tampico because we wanted to try everything. Beautiful seafood and cocktails.

Staff were very helpful and polite. I had to check in fast and leave for a meeting and they were excellent in assisting me.

Very nice hotel and located within a really nice area. The hotel has traditional historical architecture, with really nice furniture all over the place and nice painting. THe room we had as really nice and clean. It has a little bit of an old feeling about it, but it was good and the food was also good. I highly recommend it
