Got there and had a sign stating pool and hot tub was not open, which was the reason for booking the room, as my back is really bad and after travel I need the heat to help with pain. Check in took forever as there was only one person checking people in and was very slow.

The room was clean except for the carpet. The carpeting was stained and clearly dingy. Otherwise, everything was nice. The pool area was pretty and the other common areas were maintained nicely. The dinner and breakfast was good. I would stay here again for sure.

The building is a historic and incredibly beautiful space. Room was large but so plain and lackluster. Broken drapes. No one cleaned the room. Breakfast is pricey but there’s close by option and the hotel it near to everything downtown. Lovely staff.

Check-in was quick and staff were welcoming. We enjoyed having the option for the wine reception. The room was sparkling and spacious. It didn't have the best view, but as we weren't there for long, that wasn't very important.
