Our bed obviously haven’t been changed, just made, because there was pizza sauce all down the side of the bed and all on the handles of the closet. We called down for sheets and they were out of sheets that fit our bed so events they dropped off a pile of flat sheets for us to make it. When we told the front desk they assured us they added points to our membership for our trouble. But they lied and there are no points on our account. Customer service online wasn’t bothered. For $300+ a night, that’s really crummy.

The hotel was very nice and location was terrific. The only negative was that the outside noise (ambulance, police and fire truck) from sirens was continuous and lasted throughout the night. We were located on the 15th floor and it seemed like the windows and walls were not insulated from the sound at all. Very little sleep at night for those who are not used to that level of noise.

We had to wait 20-30 mins to get our room keys. Staff said there was a world-wide Hampton server outage that delayed getting keys made. Delayed getting card on file. Next morning, the front desk lady was not happy that no card was file. For some reason, she was short with us and made us feel at fault. No one said thank you, apologize for the inconvenience, or have a nice stay, nothing. Just some odd interactions with the front desk staff.

Although advertised, there is no garage, what is an inconvenience, to say the least. You could tell the room itself had long passed its prime. The toilet made noise half of the the night, what made sleeping a nightmare. The breakfast was poor, there wasn't even tea being served (only coffee). The city? Its dead. If you ever want to stay in Cleveland, think twice before going.

Noisy!!

The hotel room was fine, other than the street side wall may as well have not been there at all. The constant road noise all night long made it impossible to sleep. The pillows were wafer thin and very uncomfortable. The extremely overpriced valet service was beyond slow, taking upwards of 45 minutes to bring our car back. Both times the seat was adjusted for the valet driver. The second time it was so low, and so reclined that it was like I was laying down.

Windows are thin. Sirens and motoercycle and car noise made it difficult to sleep. Front desk staff very friendly. Took over a half hour to get car from valet, and only got it after I went and asked what the hold up was. Breakfast great.
