Missed the mark

Great location; however, there were a few things left to be desired during our stay. The Superior King room felt cramped for just two adults, and the burgundy color scheme along with warm lighting throughout (not just in the room, but in the hallways and elevators too), while I’m sure was meant to envoke a cozy vibe, didn’t help with opening up any space. The half glass wall in the shower still allowed for water to splash out onto the floor, there is no ventilation, and the “floating” toilet is so high, I had to balance on tip toes @ 5’1”. We most likely won’t stay again, but do certainly appreciate the friendly staff and reasonable rate.

The hotel is stylish and really nice! The details and atmosphere are amazing. One big issue - the rooms facing the parking garage. The windows look directly onto the cars and it feels weird, plus there isn't enough sunlight. Additionally, due to work of the air conditioning system outside, there is noise in the room. So, I could recommend the hotel, but the room selection requires a better approach.

The designers of this hotel knocked it out of the park, it is a beautiful hotel. We traveled with our dogs, who felt very comfortable during our stay. There are 2 nice big grassy areas down the street if you and your pup are up for a little walk, Hanna Plaza and Public Square. It was also close enough to walk to Progressive Field for a baseball game. We would definitely stay here again! Clean, nice staff and good location.
