Staff I interacted with were very responsive. The decaf and coffee packets were not replenished. The shower gel appeared to be diluted. Paper money was missing from a wallet in my luggage. I did not bother to report this because I figured the individual needed it more than I did.

Me, and a family member, are impressed with the staff courteousness, and politeness. Rooms are mostly up to standards. If not, resolution is always a phone call away to the front desk.
