The hotel rooms were dated but spotless. The food (we ended up eating both nights in the hotel) was delicious as was our breakfast both mornings. Especially loved the selection of fresh fruit . The staff were all exceptional & very friendly. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel & will definitely be back.

It's not clear if you booked the one with the bathroom or not. It's just easier if they don't share the same name and same photo. The bathroom is modern, hope the hot water issue is fixed soon. Room with big space

Room was clean and spacious. Good location with lots of amenities nearby. Staff were helpful and courteous. Ample parking. Breakfast was fine. The room window frames in room 401 could have done with a bit of attention. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Just a 5 minute walk to golf courses, fantastic value for money. Staff were all extremely helpful.

Room was spotlessly clean, lots of power sockets. Very comfortable bed. Tasty breakfast. Very friendly staff. Hotel is set on an incline so there are some steps inside the hotel. The view from the restaurant overlooking the river was fabulous. Bus stop next door with regular buses to Dundee City Centre. 15 minute walk (slightly uphill) from Dundee Airport.
