Lotte New York Palace
Front desk not one smile! Didn’t feel welcomed at all by the lady that was working the front desk! Beds, terrible. The only great thing about that place was George and housekeeping staff. I stayed next to what seemed a playground. Kids yelling all day next to room 3025

The Lexington Hotel, Autograph Collection
Excellent customer service, top tier. Was very disappointed with my stay, around 10-11am was a fire outside of the hotel , and made the hallways and rooms smell like burnt fire and trash. I would like to say the concierge was amazing and professional

The Shoreham
The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. The shower had no hot water. There was no coffeemaker in room, had to pay for coffee in lobby. Carpet was old and gross.
