Was a great property, and the staff was kind and accommodating. Bottled water was provided every day free of cost which we appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable, with the perfect amount of space. The bed was super comfortable. The hotel is very close to Grand Central, just a few minutes walk, so it was really easy to get around and there were many great food options nearby. Would stay here again.

A thoroughly enjoyable stay at the Westgate Grand Central. A beautiful hotel, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas but conveniently located, close to lots of attractions. Rooms are comfortable and warm. Cleaned daily. Micheal the doorman was extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. Bar staff were also friendly. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel for anyone travelling with a family or even alone. Always felt safe walking to and from thus area!

The room I'm in is very comfortable. You can see this hotel was renovated and it was done very nicely. Excellent choice of plumbing fixtures in Bathroom. Beds are very comfortable and have lots of pillows. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back here. My main observation is that this hotel is extremely clean, from th lobby to the rooms.

Snowy time in NYC

The experience and stay were great from arrival to departure. All the staff was great and the hotel was comfortable. Although the building is older, it's still was very comfortable. The location was great also.

Nice hotel, quiet location. We did find it to be a little outside of things and not easy to get to by subway but if you are looking to be nearby it’s a nice spot. Only downside was the bathroom was sooo cold and not at all heated and the ventilation in there was poor without opening the window to the winter outside.
