Unfriendly staff at check in, room above me was playing loud music till 3am. Called the front desk at 1am and no one ever went to their room to ask them to stop. No one asked how my stay was when I left. Will stay away from this hotel if ever in the area again.

Hampton Inn & Suites Hershey
Very clean and well-staffed hotel. Suite was very spacious with nice view of golf course from 2nd floor. parking was very accessible. Breakfast options were adequate. Location was great. Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again in future.

Overall everything was fine and as expected. We did have a clogged toilet and I was surprised i was just handed a plunger by the front desk clerk to take care of it myself. I've had this happen in the past and maintenance took care of it. Not a big deal, just surprised.
