This hotel is outdated. Stains and chips all over the bathroom walls and floor. The furniture in the room is outdated. The room is right on the highway so a bit noisy. We found dead bugs in window sill now while it’s enclosed glass still not what you want to see. We were not informed of the free breakfast in the morning. We are an Expedia VIP and did not receive our free perk or offered an upgrade. No mention of our VIP status. When checking in we were never informed of what the security hold would be or what our room total would be. Just asked for a license and credit card and then it was handed back. Overall my wife and I were extremely disappointed with this experience at the Country Inn. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay at this hotel. Luckily we only stayed one night and that was tough.

We arrived at the property and checked in and notice something in our room in need of repair. Immediately Elizabeth moved our room and first thing in the morning that room was being repaired. Great staff clean and quiet. Would recommend.

Far from my expectation

I'm sad to say that I will not be booking a future stay at this hotel. This hotel needs a renovation and needs to be modernized. There wasn't enough wash clothes in our rooms. There was a TV in our hotel rooms but they couldn't be watched. Only a few lights worked in our room. Our fridge was not cold so we had to throw our food away. The handrail inside the pool was unstable. There was a hole in the window in the pool room. The pool towels were dirty. Lastly, the milk served during breakfast was spoiled. I was embarrassed to have booked a stay at this hotel for our vacation. My family deserved better. Sophia worked at the front desk and she was a sweetheart.

The place is clean and the staff nice enough, some language barrier with some employees. The place is very dated and in need of repairs/updating. The air conditioner makes a loud noise, shower head in bathroom was rusting, the doors (bathroom & entry) are almost impossible to open and close without dislocating a shoulder. The room was very humid/damp feeling. The pool is a disappointment….not very big at all, and not very inviting. Would choose a different hotel for my next visit,

Needs updating and better cleaning

The bathroom and sheets were clean, but the room felt very damp. The entry door had to be shoved to open after being unlocked. There were areas in the room that obviously had not been cleaned in some time. The upholstery on the side chair was filthy. In general the rooms need to be updated. I cut my stay a day short.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I stayed here the night before a 24-hour conference followed by a 12-hour international flight, the only chance I had to rest. Instead, I spent the night dealing with bed bug bites all over my body. It was not only distressing but completely ruined my ability to recover before important commitments. I was finally moved to another room at 3:40 AM, but by then, the damage was done. I immediately requested a refund but have yet to receive anything. The lack of accountability and response from the hotel is shocking.
