Great options for free, continental breakfast. Loved that they had a family board game station in their waiting area (unique feature I haven’t seen anywhere else). Very family friendly space. Options for convenience store were great. Property overall could use some updating (bathtub fixtures visibly rusting/cracked paint in tub, door broken off TV stand, nightstand light bulb needing replacement, elevator a little shaky) and cleanliness could be improved a bit in some area (area under sink still had food particles and bits to attract insects, wiping down inside fridges properly). Otherwise, our family had a very comfortable stay especially for a first trip to Hersheypark together!

I stayed at Hampton Inn Suites Hershey over Labor Day weekend with my three children, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, we found the toilet clogged and the shower was dirty with visible mold, which made the bathroom completely unacceptable for us. When I called the front desk to address these issues, I was told the hotel was fully booked and no other rooms were available. The staff suggested we stay in the dirty room for the night and come down in the morning to possibly receive a discount and speak to a manager. I was not comfortable putting my children in a room with mold and unsanitary conditions just for a discounted price. The hotel clearly needs to improve its cleanliness standards and customer service, especially during busy times when families rely on safe and clean accommodations. Overall, I cannot recommend Hampton Inn Suites Hershey based on this experience. The lack of available clean rooms and unwillingness to accommodate guests properly made our stay very stressful and unpleasant.

I liked that the hotel was an easy commute to Hershey Park. The staff was very nice & welcoming. The breakfast was delicious. However, the bathroom was a little dirty. There was black dirt or grime around the bathtub molding & the ceiling had yellow spots.

We’ve stayed at many Hotels and this was by far the filthiest place I have ever stayed! The room had someone else’s popcorn on the floor when we checked in, there was other trash on the floor as well. The bath towels had mold On them, the shower was covered in pink mold In the corners, floor, shower head. The toilet had urine on the base of it. The couch and bedding was dirty. The carpet needs to be replaced. Overall the hotel itself if rundown and needs a complete overhaul. The staff, specifically Brandon was very welcoming and helpful! He was great! The breakfast workers were on top of things on day 2 with replenishing items. Day 1, not so much. The filth of this property made me want To vomit honestly.

One of my favorite hotels

Absolutely loved this hotel! Its very clean, the employees are friendly, plus breakfast and other services were phenomenal! My kids and I had such a good time, we will be staying here again next time we're in Hershey.
